Creator

For many years, Amit led, co-led or advised multi-organization teams that created major “can’t be done” digital and non-digital outputs in several industries.

His team transformed (1995-1998) Dunkin’ Brands’ business model by inventing equipment, changing food formulation, and developing new operating processes. He envisioned—and his TurboChef team created the prototype of—an early (1999) “Internet of Things” technology for use by consumers and businesses; it would still be viable today.

As the principal outside advisor to a CXO of a global software company, he helped define (2002-2004) the needed functionality for a core Internet technology. In academia, a team he co-led reimagined MBA education for the 21st century (2014) and won a major award for innovation.
